No - we convert (hence the name Kewell Converters) sheet and block foams into products used in a wide range of markets including sports and leisure, packaging, transport, healthcare, toys, building, marine and the military. Kewell Converters manufacturers innovative foam solutions.
What's the difference between closed cell and open cell foam?
Closed cell foams are non-porous and do not absorb water i.e. water and moisture resistant where as open cell foams are like sponges and absorb/soak up water thus very different properties and end uses.
What type of foam do you supply?
We specalise in closed cell (non-porous) foam typically PE, EPE Foams i.e. Expanded Polyethylene Foam but do many other types in various polymers (PP, Nylon, PVDF for example), grades, densities, hardnesses, colours and finish.
What colours do you have in stock?
We have over £250k worth of foam materials in stock with huge range of densities/hardness and indeed colours from primary colours to niche colours like jaguar green and healthcare pink.
