The Company: Kewell Converters Ltd is a family run company, with family values at our core. We are the UK’s foremost specialist foam converter based in beautiful Edenbridge, Kent. We have a highly skilled and dedicated team and operate some of the most advanced machinery in our industry. We been operating for over 50 years, and have a 32,500 square foot modern manufacturing facility, with a Team of over 35 people. Summary: As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team by managing technical requirements, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative assistance. Your role involves ensuring smooth information flow between sales, customers, and production, contributing to sales targets and customer satisfaction. The Role · Assist Sales Team with proposals, quotations, and presentations. · Provide office administrative support including CRM data entry and generation and sample processing. · Coordinate with Production Team for accurate technical information and documentation. · Assist in addressing technical queries from Sales Team and customers. · Manage order processing workflow and coordinate with various departments. · Act as primary point of contact for non-key customers. · Collaborate with Sales Team to identify upselling opportunities. · Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings and managing calendars. · Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations. · Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. The Candidate: We are looking for someone who: · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Experience in manufacturing/engineering and/or sales support preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. · Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. · Ability to work independently and in a team. · Technical aptitude and ability to understand manufacturing/engineering concepts. · Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. · Positive mindset. · CAD experience/expertise is beneficial. The Package: · Salary: Negotiable DOE · Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm · Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays.
