Office Admin-Reception-Customer Service-Logistics Role

Immediate Start (Nov 1st 2017) with Family Manufacturing Business

Duties: answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries greeting clients at the door and seeing to visitors processing and organizing incoming post filing job folders and documentation using the company software to raise purchase orders booking in goods received order canteen and office supplies where and when necessary responsible for the logistical side of the business and arranging collection and deliveries through a number of couriers liaising with the production team and factory team leaders on outgoing goods correspond with customers to advise delivery dates to provide correct delivery notes and ensure all goods are labelled correctly before shipping any other ad-hoc jobs requested by management and colleagues

Must have great telephone manner, good family values and strong work ethic to join our busy office team of 10 staff to support growth (est. 1971, 30 staff).
