Zellar system enables our business to identify its carbon impact and then provide a bespoke plan to reduce it whilst also investing in local carbon biodiversity and offsetting projects.

We maximize product design and manufacturing techniques to boost yields and decrease waste. Most of our foam materials are sourced from Zotefoams UK, located just 20 miles away in Croydon, UK. We also collaborate with ISO-certified suppliers recognized for their environmental standards.
Our mixed recyclable waste undergoes weekly collection. Additionally, significant amounts of foam waste are redirected to be repurposed into reconstituted foam products, embodying our closed-loop system vision. Click below to learn more about our recycling partner, Apetek.
We’ve incorporated the MCBD lighting system across our premises, leading to power savings and diminished CO2 emissions. Other energy-efficient improvements include cavity wall insulation, updated roof lights, and cladding systems for enhanced thermal insulation.
In our pursuit of green energy solutions, we’ve implemented a 50kWp PV Solar Panel system. This significant investment, featuring 200 European-made panels, is projected to cater to up to 20% of Kewell Converters power needs, reducing our CO2 emissions by approximately 26 tonnes annually.
