Some production staff have been with us for over 30 years and the company prides itself on long term commitment and knowledge share. We actively encourage training and experience to further our service and qulaity to both customers and foam products at all levels.

COLIN KEWELL Part Time Chairman

Colin's enormous depth of knowledge of the products and their potential applications are sought throughout the industry and highly valued by customers and often their end users. Colin's ingenuity is second to none and a machine he built and designed himself over 30 years ago still operates efficiently on the much more modern factory floor of the business he founded in 1971 with the very bespoke and purpose manufactured machine. An apprentice tool maker who started the company of a shoe string in his garage - a passionate, enthusiastic and some might say workaholic or perfectionist manufacturing engineer. The man loves a good beer and smelly cheese, as a well as a good chin wag whilst watching some live Rugby.

NICK KEWELL Operations Director & Acting Joint Managing Director

A University of Birmingham graduate in Civil Engineering, Nick joined the family business in 1998 with huge amounts of industrial knowledge, enthusiasm and leadership skills. Over this time Nick has built a highly efficient, capable and industry leading Operations and Production team. When not engrossed in the manufacturing and despatch of the best foam products - on time and on budget in the market Nick can be found pounding the roads of Kent in marathon training and endurance events. A family man with 3 beautiful children and still occasional gracing the fields of Warlingham Rugby club whom he once captained many a side. Otherwise found at the bar offering wise words of wisdom and encouragement.

MARCOS KEWELL Commercial Director & Acting Joint Managing Director

After gaining an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marcos pursued an engineering career in the corporate sector with businesses including Astra Zeneca Plc before joining the family business in 2004. Marcos manages the commercial teams and business developments within the business as well as key relationships with customers and suppliers. Once a county rugby player and water-polo he still makes regular vets' appearances for the Old Wilsonians Football Club whilst playing weekly 5-aside football until the knees/back give up. He is now attempting to learn the dark arts of golf whilst bringing up 3 young kids with his wife and running and directing the growing and innovate business alongside Nick.

He turns sketches and ideas into reality and gets them made when seemingly impossible.
