We have a highly skilled and dedicated team and operate some of the most advanced machinery in our industry. We been operating for over 50 years, and have a 32,500 square foot modern manufacturing facility, with a Team of over 35 people., Summary: We are looking for a progressive, motivated, and hardworking individual for our Customer Service role. Who can help develop our customer service to the next level and be part of a great Team! The Role: · Customer service support dealing with customer enquiries & queries. · Processing and confirming new orders. · Updating and monitoring company CRM system. · Liaising with Production Team · General office management and administration tasks · Ad hoc duties as required. · Greeting clients / visitors The Candidate: We are looking for someone who: · Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Is well organised and has strong attention to detail. · Capable and experienced user of CRM systems. · Is willing to learn, develop and is adaptable. · Has a positive, can-do mindset. · Has strong IT skills (Outlook / Microsoft office) The Package: · Salary: £26-28k DOE · Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm · Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays.
